Shipping policy

Where we ship: We currently ship to Malaysia and Thailand only. Orders placed from other countries cannot be completed at checkout.

Local dispatch: Your order ships directly from our local warehouse in Malaysia or Thailand — no international shipping, no customs delays, no import duties on your side.

Shipping fees: Orders to Malaysia ship free on orders over RM-equivalent of US$50; orders to Thailand ship free over ฿-equivalent of US$100. Smaller orders are charged a flat rate shown at checkout.

Delivery time: Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout. Most orders arrive within a few business days after dispatch.

Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
